Kit Contents
The Mountune Racing package for the Ford Focus RS500 is based on the hardware from the market-leading RS500 / MP350 upgrade but additionally includes:
• Larger EC-approved 3" downpipe
• Anti-loosen bolts
• 200-cell EC sports catalyst
• EC EURO or UK-spec 3" cat-back exhaust
• Cast inlet plenum
• Mountune re-circulating bypass valve
• Revised engine calibration
• Mountune Racing badge
Once upgraded power increases from 350PS (RS500), to 375PS at 6700rpm and torque is raised from 460Nm to 550Nm at 3,500rpm.
The MR375 will produce performance returns of 0-60mph in 5.0 seconds and 0-100mph in 11.3 seconds, continuing on to a top speed of 165mph.
This upgrade can be fitted to any model year of Focus RS500, new or used, and has a minimum 12 months/12,000-mile warranty against manufacturing defects on all parts fitted.

Wheels:
Produced exclusively for Mountune and forming part of the clubsport range, the OZ Racing HLT Focus RS wheel is one of the lightest and strongest available on the market. Vehicle-optimised width and offset means no additional torque-steer just improved driving dynamics!

Suspension:
The ultimate lowered, uprated suspension package specifically for fast road / circuit applications.We’ve done all the adjustments so you don’t have to - just fit and enjoy!

• Supplied with full geometry setup sheet and Clubsport badge
Brakes:
Lightweight front brake upgrade provides significant improvements in braking performance as well as saving 4kg in weight per axle vs OE.• Black, red or yellow 6-pot monoblock calipers
• 365x32mm semi-floating disc/bell
• Fast road or track pad compound
• Fits behind OE 19” alloy wheel
• Supplied with brake lines, fluid, hardware and Clubsport badge

- RS500 MR375
Q. I know Mountune were involved with the RS500 program, but what parts do I currently have / need, to upgrade it further?
A. The power uplift that came with the RS500 from the factory was the power upgrade subsequently sold to standard RS in the form of the MP350 kit. The hardware found on the RS500 is identical to this, therefore you need the same additional hardware as stipulated below.
Q. How do I get an insurance quote on the MR375, will it be recognised by the ABI like previous Mountune kits?
A. MR kits aren't generally recognised by the ABI in the same way as MP kits are. Declaring your car as an RS500 plus MR375 parts should result in a more competitive quote.
Q. I've already modified my Focus RS500 - I'd really like the Mountune kit though, is this still possible?
A. Yes, and the parts supplied by Mountune are still covered by the standard 12-month, 12,000 mile warranty. However alternative hardware supplied on the vehicle may result in differing power outputs, performance and drivability as the MR375 has been calibrated for the specific hardware shown. MR375 will not be supplied if non-Mountune inlet, recirculating valve or airbox is fitted to the vehicle, due to the sensitivity of the calibration to this selection of hardware.
Q. Is it possible to purchase parts of the MR375 kit on their own?
A. Yes, the 3" EC downpipe, 200-cell sports cat, re-circulating valve and inlet plenum are available through the online store and also through all PRO dealers.

Upgrading your Focus RS500 with Mountune is easy and can be handled either directly with Mountune or through the Mountune PRO Ford dealer network.

MR375 upgrades require the PCM to be returned to Mountune for calibration update.
