David Vizard joins the Mountune stand at Autosport 2012...

David Vizard, one of the real heros of the tuning world will be on the Mountune stand at the Autosport Show in Birmingham NEC from 12 to 15th January.

David Vizard's engine career started in earnest back in 1966 as a Mini engine specialist and his subsequent books and articles in Cars and Car Conversions have become legendary.

Many tuners cut their teeth on engine specs developed by David Vizard, including our own David Mountain who worked with Viz-the-Wiz in the early days prior to forming Mountune in 1979 as well as the Cosworth days in 1989. Currently DV is based in Charlotte (Race Car city USA) North Carolina and has developed an envious reputation with the US V8 tuning community. This has put him in high demand not only for performance seminars for both professionals and students but also as a consultant with a track record for increasing a companies bottom line.
